MOONDOORS Inc via its site www.moondoors.com  sells musical titles only to the only end-users

II CANCELLATION

Any sale is final. The service of the site www.moondoors.com  begins as soon as the end-user starts to download songs or orders paying services on www.moondoors.com .
 
The end-user  cannot thus cancel the contract once the service started.

III MODES OF PAYMENT

The site www.moondoors.com accepts the payment of an order by credit-card or by the means of an account balances. The company moondoors Inc  reserves itself the right for any payment carried out on its site www.moondoors.com  by credit card to ask the prior agreement of the transmitting company of the credit card. The debit of the credit card or of the account balances of the end-user intervenes at the time of the purchase or little time afterwards.

Moondoors Inc accepts the following credit cards: Visa and mastercard and the services allopass (by telephone and/or sms), paypal (www.paypal.fr )….

MOONDOORS has a online currency called puts moons which is at disposal on all the countries.

With each purchase  corresponds a certain number of moons  according to the country, allowing the Net surfer to buy musical titles on line.

The Net surfer will be able to manage his account according to his wishes.

The artist or the holder of the rights on titles which it puts on line, can ask has to be credited on its sale once  threshold of 10.000 moons reached.

The artist or the holder of the rights on titles will have to send his bank account number, ref. paypal with its coordinated on facturation@moondoors.com   in order to be credited with the sum on its account.

IV IMPORTANT

The credit cards have periodically limited amounts which can prevent the treatment of the ordering of the end-user.

In the event of refusal to pay of an order,  the end-user will have to check the exactitude of the banking data registered before renewing his request. If the transaction is still not accepted the end-user will have to provide the banking identification of another card.

V INVOICING

Any order carried out on the site gives place to an invoice to which the end-user will have at disposal following its order, by e-mail or directly on its account user.

If the end-user carries out purchases by using his account balances, its order could be validated and invoiced progressively while the end-user clicks on the button “debited from my balance” and, this, if the amount of the balance is higher than the amount of the order.

The End-user recognizes that the electronic recordings kept by MOONDOORS INC.  will constitute valid evidence relating to the existence of the communications occurred between the parties, its acceptance of the general conditions of sale and all orders carried out on  www.moondoors.com.  The end-user expressly renounces to disputing the validity or the opposability of these general conditions of sale and all orders carried out on www.moondoors.com  with the reason that those were accepted by electronic way.

VII PRICE

The total price includes/understands the price of the product tax inclusive. MOONDOORS Inc  reserves the right to modify the prices of the products offered on www.moondoors.com  constantly, and does not provide any guarantee concerning the prices and does not envisage any refunding in the event of fall of the prices or promotional offer.

VIII AVAILABILITY OF THE CONTENTS

MOONDOORS INC  reserves itself the right to modify the musical, graphic and informative contents on its site without notice.

MOONDOORS is not responsible for the typographical errors.

In the event of disability or of inopposability of a  provision of the present, the other provisions of present will remain in force. Any dispute and/or dispute of these general conditions of sale will fall within the competence of the courts of competent jurisdiction of British Virgin Islands and will be subjected to the law British Virgin Islands.
